They offer free 2-3 day U.S. shipping, 2-sided printing, and free standard envelopes!
• Printolife can manage the order for you! Leave us a message about “custom printing orders” for a quote.
• Of course, you can print at home. Ask for help or read our documentation. When downloading the final PDF at Corjl, you can choose “Print multiples per page if possible” or “Show Trim Marks”, this will help you with the process.
• You will also be able to send your templates to Staples, OfficeMax, FedEx Office, or a Local Print Shop.

POLICIES
Due to the digital nature and personalization of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have any questions or issues, please contact us. We will do our best to make sure you are happy with your purchase!

QUESTIONS
Operation hours: 8 am-5 pm EST (M-F). We do our best to respond within 24-48 hours (M-F). If there’s a large volume of emails, or if troubleshooting is required, a reply can take longer.

09 – Do you offer customizations?2022-02-01T15:09:10-05:00

We can offer a custom quote to adjust certain files or create products from scratch. Custom orders require a quote, are prepaid and include Two (2) complimentary rounds of revisions with your package. A round of revisions starts when a design draft is presented, then the client has a specified number of days to provide their feedback. Once all of their comments, ideas and questions are consolidated and we provide a new version, that’s the end of that round of revision. Additional revisions request or scope changes will require an order change and extra fees. Please, ask before you buy.

Monitors can show subtle variations in color and surface texture. The colors that appear on your screen may not be exact to your final product, depending on how your monitor is calibrated.

We are not responsible for the quality of your final print because our commitment is to provide high-quality resolution files. A domestic printer can vary results depending on age, cleanliness, etc.
We recommend using a local print or copy shop. We also provide printing services through specific partners.

The viewing, printing, or downloading of any content, graphics, or templates from Printolife is exclusively for your own personal use and not for republication, distribution, sale, or other use. No part of any content, description, or template may be reproduced in any form.

PERSONAL USE:
Our personal use license expires after 60 days or 4 downloads whichever is the soonest.

COMMERCIAL USE:
Under this license, you may create up to 5.000 physical end products using this template, unlimited modifications, valid for 12 months.

EXTENDED COMMERCIAL: If you need to create multiple products and/or you’ll be selling more than 5000 copies of each end-product, then please purchase the COMMERCIAL USE option, unlimited modifications, no expiration dates.

Please proof carefully. Printolife is not responsible for any mistakes or printing costs incurred by customer mistakes when editing files. You have the full responsibility to proof for grammar, spelling, and wording. Please note that we cannot accept returns or process refunds due to errors on approved proofs, regardless of where the error originated. While we do our best to call attention to any errors we may see during the proofing process, final proofing is ultimately the responsibility of the client.
So we strongly recommend testing your printing before to avoid any issue about proofing, alignment and handling heavy card stock (not all printers support high-quality papers)

08 – What’s included in the personalization process of “Made to Order” products2022-02-01T15:08:32-05:00

The personalization process includes three rounds of proofs; the first round is based on the wording and colors submitted in your order and the remaining two rounds are for revisions.
Wording changes, color changes, and minor layout adjustments can be made during the revision rounds. You will work 1-1 with a designer.
Change requests beyond our 2 complimentary revision rounds are invoiced at $5 to $15 per round, based on the complexity of the necessary changes.

All of our fonts have been carefully chosen to create unique and balanced designs. We offer alternative fonts into CORJL online tool to preserve the integrity and cohesive look of our designs.

13 – Can I order in a foreign language?2022-02-01T15:07:00-05:00

Please contact us before you buy. Additional fees apply and some fonts are not available in all languages which can affect the design. We can work together to find an appropriate font family for Cyrillic or Asian alphabets.
We love languages and doing business with international customers! We can also assist you in Spanish, Italian, Portuguese or Russian and will do our best to communicate easily and fast.

06 – Can I add my own images, monograms or logos into your designs?2022-02-01T15:06:54-05:00

All of our designs are sold as they are shown on our website. Personalized photo products are allowed, but check your listing description for what can you change or not in other products. Some texts or images may not be available for editing to preserve the integrity and purpose of our designs. If you’re not sure, please, ask before you buy!

Yes! we are migrating to a new on-line editing tool. Read carefully if your listing allows your desired color change, but if not sure ask before you buy.

Payments for Printolife are made at PayPal, but you do not need to own a PayPal account to pay: you may enter your credit card’s data directly at PayPal and complete your payment. You don’t need to register a PayPal account either.
Once you get redirected to PayPal, just do as follows:
1. MAKE SURE THE “PAY WITH A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD” OPTION IS SELECTED
If your PayPal page looks as follows, just click on “Pay with a credit or debit card“.

TROUBLESHOOTING PAYPAL PAYMENTS

Depending on a number of factors you could run into problems when paying at PayPal. Some common issues are:

I am not getting redirected to PayPal at all

Your browser’s PayPal cookies might be messed up; you may try deleting your cookies

02- What is CORJL and how it works2022-02-01T15:05:03-05:00

CORJL is the perfect platform that allows you to instantly personalize your purchased listing with your information. You can test most of our editable products navigating to the link located at the beginning of the listing details. There is no waiting for your digital items or personalized product proofs. You can edit your template on your computer or mobile device right away!

1. On your desktop or laptop, locate the navigation menu to the right of the page to go directly to the topic you are looking for to get started with your template. Chrome Browser is recommended for the best results.
2. On Mobile editing, features are currently limited to changing text and adding images only. Personalize text, replace photos, resize text and images.
3. After editing the document, you have the option to save the document as:
JPEG > For online printing and some copy shops
PDF > For home printing and copy shops
PNG > For social media and online distribution (messaging, email, etc)
+ All of them in high resolution (300dpi) or low-resolution (72 dpi) for screen display purposes (evites, geofilters, etc.)
+ Save as a single file or multiple prints per page with bleeding and trim marks

CORJL IS EASY TO WORK

1. After purchasing, you will receive an email shortly from ‘Corjl’ to the email associated with your Etsy account. The message will include a link that you can use to login and access your purchased items. You can also go directly to Corjl.com and enter your Etsy EMAIL or USERNAME and ORDER NUMBER (not transaction number).
Please allow up a few minutes for the email to come through.

2. All the process of editing is ONLINE. You don’t need any program to customize your listing. Easily change colors, layout, text information and more, as many times as you want!
Some of our products are completely editable and some others not, to ensure a consistent design between the different products gathered in each collection. Limitations are detailed into the “WHAT YOU GET” listing section.

03 – What is ADOBE ACROBAT READER and how it works2022-02-01T15:05:09-05:00

ADOBE ACROBAT READER DC software is the free global standard for reliably viewing, printing, and commenting on PDF documents.

• Install Adobe Reader DC to edit your template files. Adobe Reader DC is 100% FREE and can be installed on both Macs and PCs.
Follow the link to download: https://get.adobe.com/reader. Use the latest version always to prevent unexpected issues (substituting fonts, formatting, etc.)
• You will NOT be able to edit your template on a mobile device or tablet.
• VERY IMPORTANT! You will not be able to edit the templates using the default PDF viewer called “Preview” (Mac) or “Windows Reader” (PC).
• Editing your template in any other program will cause unexpected issues. If by chance you edited the file in a different program and saved it, please re-download the original file and start again using Adobe Reader DC. Once purchased the template is yours to print as many times as you’d like! (Personal use only)
• Our templates do not require you to install any fonts.

RECOMMENDATIONS BEFORE YOU START
Download your files into a new folder and rename it to be identified.
1. Open Adobe Reader DC on your computer.
2. Go to FILE > open your renamed template.
3. To edit text: directly click in the highlighted text boxes (blue) and input your text.
4. IMPORTANT! To change font and paragraph attributes like size, color, alignment, and spacing: Highlight the line of text that you want to change, then hold down Cmd+E (Mac) or Ctrl+E (PC) to open the Properties Bar (Form Field Text Properties). For longer names or sayings, you will need to decrease the font size first to increase the space for your writing; then change the text. For additional options on spacing and alignment, click on “More”.
5. Save your file or create many versions as you need! (FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY)

REPLACING BACKGROUND IMAGES
Some designs have editable background images: To replace the image field, click in the highlighted area then > Browse > A window will appear, to make your picture viewable click on > Acrobat PDF Files and reach other available formats like JPEG, PNG or TIFF. The “Select Icon” Window will show your image, then click OK. The image will be replaced. Background fields are
automatically aligned and centered to the bottom line, so choose a landscape or vertical image according to the template disposition for better results.
Ask for help if you need further assistance. You will not be able to edit your picture into Acrobat Reader DC. We can optimize your picture for an additional fee.

15 – Wrong delivery address2022-02-01T15:06:11-05:00

We process our orders daily (business days) to ensure a timeframe as fast as possible. This means there often isn’t a lot of time to make changes to the delivery address or other order details.
If you need to make any changes, we suggest you email us as soon as possible to let us know about the changes needed. Updating your delivery address in the “My Account” section, will not update the address provided for previous orders.
We can NOT guarantee that we can accommodate any changes as once an order is processed, no changes are possible. For this reason, we ask our customers to double-check their order and the shipping address before submitting payment.
